Gropen is seeking a career-minded individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
· Reception: answering phones, greeting and assisting walk-ins (salesmen/clients)
· Filing, scanning and archiving project and accounting documents
· Assisting with calendar scheduling and appointments
· Administration and filing of sign permits
· Shipping and receiving management
· Office support & maintaining inventory of supplies
Required Qualifications
· High-school diploma, College preferred
· Experience in administrative or office management role
· Personable and professional in communications and appearance
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Demonstrated level of dependability, initiative, and responsibility
· Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and often competing priorities
